I guide customers through frame selection, provide personalized styling recommendations and ensure a seamless experience from try-on to purchase. My role is all about combining product knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to help every customer feel confident in their new glasses. In addition to providing personalized styling guidance, I oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, and ensuring all procedures are followed.
